Since Half-Life and Counter-Strike 1.6 are in one folder, it would be useful to switch between them from a game menu. For Coutner-Strike 1.6: I know there's a bug. If I switch the game without disconnecting from a server, the game I'm switching to, will try to reconnect to a server I was playing on. If I'm playing a singleplayer game, game switching will cause a crash, because half-life/cs1.6 tries to reconnect a to localhost game. It shouldn't be hard to fix. And there's another bug: when I switch a game, it doesn't use command-line options for another game. Screenshots: |

In the future, Half-Life mods (Blue Shift, Opposing Force) could be available there too |

The game is no longer designed to support run time switching like this, and the engineering effort to enable it is better spent on other features/bugs. |
